Gandhi's idea that we must become the change we wish to see points me in the direction of seeing through the eyes of love and speaking from a loving heart.

Each of us is filled with endless stories -- 
life stories rich with experience, challenges and joy.
We struggle. We doubt. We overcome.
Walking in the shoes of another is the most direct
route to coming to know ourselves, coming to know
what compassion is and coming to know how
deeply connected we are, each to the other.

I've earned a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology
and a Doctorate in Religious Studies. The greatest
education I have earned, however, is through
the power of imagination and my love of people,
nature and ideas. I encourage you to find your
unique voice, the creative expression that makes
your heart sing. Together we create a chorus of
laughing Buddhas who know we are all in the
soup together. Without each other, the flavor of
life is diminished.
